They did at res' so i dont see why not at BB.
Im taking my W Wolves and due to not having any models of them ive had to convert them up from orcs anf wolf heads.
By the way Mr Brow, we aint sure where we are staying yet but we will prob' be going down by train so we may have to meet you at the startion if your still wanting to come down with us? :D

Guys, you may be in for some bad news. Haven't had it confirmed yet but when I spoke to the Trollz the other day at GWUK I was told no conversions for this tournament. And that was with using GW figures. I accept no other figures but on GW ones I'd have thought this acceptable. But thats what I was told.

Guess we're going to have to wait a bit longer to confirm this though

Balls to them i will be taking my converted bull centaur, only has his weapon removed, I am sure we can do a strike and refuse to play if they do something that stupid.

I can't see it myself. GW has always encouraged conversions, the GT tourney armies that are featured in WD are always conversion heavy.
We'll see, but my gut feeling is that this is a spurious rumour. Like somebody said elsewhere, that make Ant's Best Painted team of last year illegal this time around. I fully expect that it'll be the same as last year, ie.
GW based and easily identifible is fine.

if it is no conversion's then why does games workshop encourage people to convert models in White Dwarf? :-?
the organisation sometimes tells me that apart from being greedy, its also stupid at times.
If the model looks like the position they should accept it, shouldn't they?
Cant believe ive spent a week painting my team to find this crap about not touching the model with a blade... :pissed: :pissed: :pissed:

You got me wondering what team are you taking for wolves?!?
I don't recall any of the 15 lrb rosters having them and there isn't even a star player werewolf.

This is what happens when you have a pub close to work.

Don't worry about it, if anything I expect conversions are to be encouraged. They better be, or I won't have a team to use :)
