I hope to be there about 8.30/9ish. I will be up for silly games....

I have just discovered Settlers of Catan too.... I'm a bit new and will make mistakes but I like the look of it.

Bring Man O'War, Dave - show GW there's another great game they should be supporting.
I mean, it's not like the stuff you have takes much room. ;)

LOL... yes... When I moved house last August I had a count up, more for curiousity as I kept finding yet more stuff as I was packing. I stopped at 300 ships and took one look at the rest...

I really need to ebay some of that lot!

(probably more inclined to have a beer and a chat than play games but I might be tempted)

I'll be there maybe 7:30 or 8pmish. I'll have another 8 fumbblers in tow at some point during the evening as well!

Beer and chatting sounds good, but I'll bring Perudo (Liar Dice).

Dave - Settlers is a nice game, but a very much entry-level board game. When you grow tired of it look up Tigris & Euphrates, Caylus, Puerto Rico, Power Grid and a host of other great (mainly German) board games.

Pippy - grats! I heard you won PK&Q. You bringing orcs or zons or something else to the GT?

Cheers Pete. I'll be taking amazons, probably borrowing Porritt's figs too so if we play, it'll be like facing the old enemy

Anyone know if the bar will be open late on Fri and Sat? That would be cool. Dave???

I have been told longer openning hours ok

Also, Cyanide the developer of the PC/Console game will be doing a demo and interactive on Saturday night. I for one am keen to see that.

And, the main hall will be open for the evening too so if you want to play league games, grudge matches, any other games etc then you can do so.

Nice to see that you have finally mastered the arts of both 'cut' and 'paste' now.

Not that nice to see you've mastered the art of pointless commentary  .

Just pointing out to Bren that it seems we have normal opening time Friday, late Saturday...
