Team England Shirt/Hoodie Order for Wales 2018

Hi all,
I'm looking to place the shirt order for Team England shirts for Eurobowl/EurOpen soon, and am currently collecting the details and money from the guys on the EB and EO teams.
This year the team shirts will be white polos (same as last year, but with an updated badge, big thanks to Ringbeard) and there is also the option of ordering a zip-up hoodie, which will be red, and again carry this year's badge.
The price is £16.25 for a shirt and £20.60 for a hoodie.
If any English coaches would like to order a shirt and/or hoodie, please reply here and let me know the following:
1) The exact spelling of the name you want on the back (shirts only)
2) The size
3) Whether you want a shirt, hoodie or both
