I play at a reasonable pace, I had a couple of very slow opponents recently who didn't really try to pick up the pace when time was pressing, and it wasn't really to their advantage to do so either (my drive with time running out).

It really is unpleasant and not fair when you're opponent gets 90 minutes to play their offence and you only get 30.
I'm of the opinion that if one coach asks for clocks, at any point, then the match should have clocks.

The 4 minutes turn timer being removed from the 2020 rules was a mistake; it should have been left in with maybe an optional caveat.

I don't like the 4 minutes rule, it is better divide the time by two and give that time to each player, like chess.
It doesn't need to be on the core rules as you can spend 4 playing in a league with a friend as you are not constrained to time, tournaments should enforce this as they are constrained to time, some more than others, saying this I've never played blood bowl with a chess clock but I played a lot of chess in my youth and losing to the clock never was an issue, just part of the tournament experience

Caveat: I'm not one of the organisers but I have definitely seen some discussion (can't find the thread sadly) indicating a few different traders, including SJE Miniatures

A reminder that rosters need to be submitted to thenafchampionship@gmail.com by the end of this coming Saturday, April 16th.

There's a few different BB Season 2 roster creators out there including this one:
https://bbtc.pl/

A quick reminder for when you're building your teams:

- 0-1 Stars for Stunty teams only
- There is no tiering. Each team gets 6 primary skills and 1 secondary skill to allocate.
- There is no stacking.

Ah - the eternal struggle to get a bag with a banana rather than an apple...
