every year I ask people with allergies / vegetarians / vegans to let staff know so they can have dietary requirements met. I would assume that when doing so you would ensure you arrange to make sure you get what is needed for your requirements.

as always any issues on the day speak to the non playing ref team as they are best suited to sorting these issues.

Thanks

Folks, I've been out of the loop for a little while. To clarify the following from the NAF Tournament Rules update:

"Piling On should be allowed and NOT require a Team Reroll to use. The NAF accept that the PO rule change comes from league play experience rather than tournament play. It is also accepted that with a boost to other stunties (Timmmber and Argue the Call), PO removal would unnecessarily harm ogres".

Can I take it that this applies to the CRP and therefore the NAF Championships?

Two more questions, do I need to bring a pitch and will there be people selling stuff like last year?

I think it was mubo last year who proffered the idea of the mcmahon system for initial pairings, or at least some kind of variant.

It could work in favour of all to allow coaches to voluntarily start with a point (or 2) so that they are matched against good coaches from the start.

Round 1 last year saw justicium play my son. Thomas loved the game, as Jerome is a lovely guy, but I think it meant that Jerome lost a strength of schedule tie breaker later on.

Has it been considered?

Can I confirm that day 2 we have an additional 3 skills on top of what we chose for day 1? (Just checking I'm not reading it wrong)

hi Pete, it has been and im willing to sit down with a beer and discuss why we run with the same system as before.

but the large and small of it is, no one system is perfect, each brings their own issues, and with that making small changes can create more issues that they solve. with the guys we have in place to run it they have enough turning round 100 games in under 10 mins.

be good to catch up
