Is there an easy way to place a file on the board?

I have a small text file with some house ruled/league rules which I would like to share with the boards. It involves a unique, yet fundamental, change in how the turn is played. It utilizes "momentum shifts" during a turn, which allows each player to perform an action on every turn. The file is roughly 38K or so.

How do I submit or post this Microsoft Word file for review?

i would suggest maybe copy/pasting it.

Or if you want to keep the formating, save it as HTML under word, then post it on a website, and link to that page in yoru post.
