Is it Touchback if Kicking team gets ball with Blitz-event?

Situation: Blitz-event is rolled on Kick-off event table and Kicking team gets player under the ball and then catch it. Will this be Touchback or not?

Rulebook said

A kick-off must land safely in the receiving team’s half of the pitch.

I would not say the ball "landed safely" when it lands to the hand of the Kicking team player.

And

If the ball deviates or bounces off the pitch or across the Line of Scrimmage into the kicking team’s
half of the pitch

But ball hasn't get "off the pitch" or "into the kicking team’s half of the pitch".

I would say it is not Touchback.

If the blitzing player catches the ball in the opponents half then no it isnt a touchback
