about Swarming, for me the wording is ambiguous (English is not my main language).

Can I setup the swarming snotlings on my opponent's pitch side ? I think this is not what the skill description means, but I don't find explanations about that. And when I look for some precisions on internet, I find the both answers.

If I could setup snotlings on the opponent's side, Underworld would be incredibly strong

Whilst the skill doesn't explicitly say you have to place the players in your half it does say, my emphasis, "you set up more than the usual 11 players."
So I would follow the set up rules; ergo no you can't place players in the opponent's half.
