) - some of the formatting is to do with logical consistency in updating a legacy document with new details. We felt that important, considering this is the first time we have done this and we want to make it as painless as possible for coaches used to the old documentation. As per your other points over the way, in a quieter time we may well rejiggle this stuff so that it makes more sense when considering the BB2016 rules as written.On the Igor - we have currently taken nothing away, inducement wise, that was available to a coach in the CRP era. You may argue that a Plague Doctor is the same thing (but a bit better), but remember all inducements are optional at TO discretion. (S)he can simply explicitly omit the Igor if (s)he feels it inconsistent.
