This has been an interesting topic to follow. Galak shows that being polite all the way through usually pays off.

I generally find that folks have problems being a jacka** after two e-mails using phrases like "I agree you have the right to ...." and "I wish you well on your ....."

The only person who reached flame point that this never seemed to work on was Toby.
