Going to any non-GW shops? As I live......hours from the nearest one. Lots of hours. Many, many hours.

Hi Guys,

Have another update for ya. DOH! Actually really starting to bug me now.

Spoke to GWUK on their hotline again and been told its still for reprinting and nobody there has any idea at all when its going to get here. They were told hopefully by the end of the month, but then I was told he just wasn't sure which month they talked about. Apparently they're having problems with the reprint but it should be here by Christmas.

Unfortunately this fits back in with the 3 months doesn't it? I was hoping Andy was right but I'm beginning to doubt it. Or is it just GWUK

I'm a 1st time on-line orderer with GW UK ..... I ordered Blood-Bowl
magazines #1, #2 and Frank N Stien figure 12 days ago.

So far nothing has arrived, I'm abit worried now haveing read this
thread about issue #3.... I tryed to order that too...but got an error
on the web-site "does not exist".

So I e-mailed them about it ......... and got a somewhat diluted reply

"We are re-designing the web site...sometime soon"

the thing that niggles me is they have taken the money and also
the lack of communication

Call them, don't email them. You can speak to someone in Mail Order and they will track down your order for you over the phone.

I've don't similar myself. They've definitely taken the money alright and like yourself my order is quite overdue. Actually now 2 or 3 weeks at least. Probably closer to 3 but have rung them again and its just gets better and better.

At the moment they're also having problems with their computer system so they can't find my order at all. They're going to get back to me but they don't know when.

Now this is just great isn't it? Is this company actually professional and customer orientated or is it just another dictatorship and running the same way? I'm really beginning to think the later.

BUT - In all of this I do have to say I'm impressed with GWUSA. I ordered quite a few figures, they showed up quickly but they hadn't been packed correctly so some were damaged in transit. I advised them of this via email, I didn't get a reply until 2 days ago but got replacement figures 6 days ago. At least they delivered

Similar tale.....makes you feel scared to order GW UK.

I asked an American Friend to order me stuff.....told them of the
difficulties here......the order was delivered in 3 days from GW US.

Problems...what problems....don't ask I said

I've never had GWUS get an order right but they usually give you so much free stuff for the mixups you can't be mad. I've also had them refund my money, all of it, after I had received 90% of my order and they could make good on the rest. Either way, call and the trolls should bend over backward for you.

GWUK, on the other hand has never messed anything up for me.

I'd been to my local (UK) store last week, and they'd said they would order a copy for me, and low and behold they actually had it on Saturday.

Ian, great idea. I've spoken to my local GW store who then rang GWUK only to be told they don't know when. Ya just gotta love the INTER-GW communication don't ya. Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I've now got Jervis involved... Mail Order have now promised to have all BBmag3 back orders out the door by Tuesday (16/9) so UK residents should get theirs by Thursday.
