After many years of celebrating the tournament as individual tournament, and given the good reception that the tournament has had in previous editions, we have decided to maintain the four-coaches team competition format.
The happy advent will take place the 07 and 08 of July.
LOCATION
The tournament will be held in Getxo, a city near Bilbao (Basque Country), Spain.
One more year with the help of Getxo Town Hall, we have the Old Faduras Brewhouse, just behind the Faduras Sport Center. Avenida de los Chopos s/n, with calle Izalde. Road BI-3738/BI-637
REGISTRATION
The registration is 30€ per team member. This is, 120€ for a team of four and 150€ for a team of five people.
In order to register in the tournament:
all the team coaches have to registered in the tournaments website including the teams name in the group. Then the team captain, will send an email to the organisation bilbaliteamscup <at> gmail.com with the following information:★ Team name(less than 30 characters)
★ Team captain
★ Team members
★ Teams pole shirt color according to below table
★ Each team members pole shirt size according to below table
★ Accommodation needed?
★ Saturday dinner: a)None, b)party at the venue (+16 €pp) or c)Ciderhouse (+35 €pp)
After the registration has been confirmed, a single payment for all team members will be made.
Registration will close on the 7th of June. From then on, more teams will be admitted but only in pairs, in order to assure that we have an even number of teams.
The registration gives the right to play the six rounds and the obligation to bring the teams painted. The rest of the things needed to play will be provided by the organisation: fields, dugouts, dice, markers, balls, team captain armband, cards, Saturdays meal and this edition exclusive present (pole shirt).
