Rules
Each Team has a sum of GP based on their tier (see below) to spend on roster creation and must hire a minimum of 11 Players.
Any GP unspent at roster creation is lost and all Teams are considered to have the same Current Team Value (CTV) for the purpose of inducements and prayers to Nuffle.
This is a resurrection tournament, no SPP is gained, and injuries or deaths do not carry on from one game to the next.
Players added to a Team roster mid game as a result of the Masters of Undeath or Plague Ridden special rule are removed from the roster at the end of the game and do not carry on to the next.

Tiers
Tier 1
Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Shambling Undead, Underworld Denizens:
1150k & 06 SP, maximum 1 secondary skill

Tier 2

Tier 6

1200k & 11 SP, unlimited secondary skills

One skill per player at a cost of Primary Skill = 1 SP , Secondary Skill = 2 SP
0-8 Re-Rolls, at cost depending on race.
0-6 Assistant coaches for 10k.
0-12 Cheerleaders for 10k.
0-1 Apothecary, depending on race.
0-6 Dedicated fans for 10k,
be aware that every team begins with 0 in Dedicated fans.

The weegie
Each coach should pick three players from their roster that are not star players and have not been given any additional skills, and number them 1-3. Then roll a D3 and the result of that roll is the chosen player.
That lucky model will become the weegie for your team. This homegrown hero is excited to take his first outing onto a Glasgow field.
Game 1 : Give this player the "Stab" Skill, hes showing the visiting players how its done in the backstreet bowls of Glasgow
Game 2 : Give this player the "Shadowing" Skill, his lust for blood is up and hes not letting anyone away
Game 3 : Give this player "Unchanneled Fury" one too many Bloodfasts have gone to his head by this stage and he can barely be controlled.
Note: Each skill added stacks, so by round 3 he will have Shadowing, Stab AND Unchanneled Fury.

Inducements
Permitted inducements are:
0-1 Team Mascot for 30k, available to all teams.
0-1 Weather Mage for 30k, available to all teams.
0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs for 50k each, available to all teams.
0-3 Bribes for 100k each, or 50k each for "Bribery and Corruption" teams.
0-1 Josef Bugman for 100k, available to all teams.
0-1 Mortuary Assistant for 100k, available to teams with the
"Sylvanian Spotlight" special rule.
0-1 Plague Doctor for 100k, available to teams with the
"Favored of Nurgle" special rule.
0-2 Wandering Apothecaries for 100k each, available to teams that can
include an apothecary.
0-1 Master Chef for 300k, or 100k for teams with the
"Halfling Thimble Cup" special rule.

Skill stacking
By sacrificing ONE Skill Point from their SP total, the coach can add a second skill to players on their roster. The number of players with stacked skills is limited as follows:

1 Skill Stack for Tier 1-2
2 Skill Stacks for Tier 3-4
3 Skill Stacks for Tier 5-6

A Primary Skill costs 1 SP , a Secondary Skill 2 SP.

Example: A High Elf team (Tier 3) would lose 1 skill point to put 2 skill stacks on the roster, and would now have 7 SP to spend on skills. If the coach gives two of their catchers both the block and dodge skill (both Primary skills costing 1 SP each), this would leave 3 SP to spend on the rest of the team.

Note this can only be done once.

Star Players
One (1) Star Player can be rostered for Tier 1-4 teams, up to two (2) Star Players can be rostered for Tier 5-6 teams.
Star Players in couples count as two Star Players for the roster.
Every Star Player acquired costs additional Skill Points as follows:
Star player cost: 000-099k, lose 1 Skill point.
Star player cost: 100-199k, lose 2 Skill points.
Star player cost: 200-299k, lose 3 Skill points.
Star player cost: 300k-399k, lose 4 skill points.

Banned Star Players
Griff Oberwald, Hakflem Skuttlespike, Morg 'n' Thorg, Bomber Dribblesnot, Cindy Piewhistle, Deeproot Strongbranch, Kreek Rustgouger, Estelle La Veneaux, Dribl & Drull, Varag Ghoul-Chewer, Skitter Stab-Stab.

If both coaches roster the same star player they can still play for both teams

All other inducements are not permitted.

All skills must be chosen and cannot be random.

Extras
BB2020 rules will be used with the following exceptions/additions
Skills package based on team tier (see above)
All teams allowed including the NAF Slann roster and the new GW Vampires will be used
No Illegal Procedures.
No special play or dirty tricks

Painting
Painted teams are mandatory, this would mean 3 colours and based.
If you cannot paint a team on time please email the organiser and see if we can help you with alternative arrangements but I cannot guarantee this.
Painting competition will be put to a vote however we want to stress this is not a diorama competition and as such display boards and other additional parts should not be taken into account, please judge the actual models.
Coaches are however welcome to bring display boards to show off their hard work.

Always great to have new signups! I believe I've convinced a few more new glasgow players over the last week as well!

This is a great first tournament in my (slightly biased) opinion so hope you enjoy the day :D
