FORMAT

In round 1, all matchups will be random, and in rounds 2 and 3, they will be swiss. This is a regeneration tournament, and any injuries or deaths suffered are wiped clean for the next game. We will be using Score to run the event.

TEAM CREATION

Coaches build their team to a value of 1150TV, including inducements. All of the inducements from the BB2020 rule book and Deathzone are allowed except mercenaries, giants and special play cards.

They may then allocate additional skills to certain players using skill points available to their race. Primary skills cost 1 skill point, and secondary skills cost 2 skill points. Skills may be stacked on up to one player for Tiers 1-5 and on up to two players for Tiers 6-7.

BUZZBLADE CARNAGE CLAN

A notorious group of chainsaw-wielding mercenaries known as the Buzzblade Carnage Clan has descended upon the Blood Bowl scene. With Captain Rip Slaughter at the helm, these ruthless specialists have become available to join other teams, turning the competition on its head.
Captain Rip Slaughter, a shrewd negotiator and master tactician, leads negotiations for the Buzzblade mercenaries. His terms are simple: gold and glory. In return, the Buzzblade players promise an infusion of unpredictable chaos and the unmistakable buzz of chainsaws that can turn the tide of any match.

As word spreads about the Buzzblade Carnage Clan's availability, team owners and coaches alike find themselves intrigued by the prospect of adding these mercenaries to their rosters. The league is abuzz with speculation about which team will secure the services of these chainsaw-wielding specialists and what kind of havoc they will wreak on the Blood Bowl field.
In the hope of more than their fair share of winnings, each team will be given a FREE chainsaw-wielding member of the Buzzblade Carnage Clan with the following stats:

POINT SCORING

Points will be scored as follows –
Win – 30 points
Draw – 10 points
Loss – 0 points
1 point for keeping a clean sheet
1 point if you score 3 touchdowns or more
1 point if you inflict 3 casualties or more
1 point if you inflict 3 casualties or more
1 point for each chainsaw casualty inflicted (Max 5 points - includes fouls and self-inflicted casualties!!)
If there is a draw at the end of the final round, the tiebreakers will be –

Combined touchdown and casualty difference
