New NAF sanctioned tournament in Wolverhampton!

Welcome to the Tournament of Fear - an inaugural one day event in the West Midlands on the 7th December 2019, brought to you by the Wargamers of Wolverhampton, sponsored by Tritex Games and Tacklezone.net

It is a resurrection style tournament consisting of three games, with a random first round draw and Swiss format thereafter.

The cost for a ticket is £10 for NAF members, and £15 for non-NAF members (includes membership sign up).

Payments should be made via PayPal to tournamentoffear@gmail.com

The venue is The Hub at Ashmore Park, Wolverhampton, WV11 2LH.

With spaces limited to 30, the venue will hopefully provide a comfortable and spacious setting.

Thanks for the questions chaps - to answer:

* Yes the Avatar of Fear can be a player that has been given extra skills. The Avatar is randomly determined for each team at the start of each match, and only those players that already have Foul Appearance or Disturbing Presence cannot be the Avatar.

* With regards to the Midlands Championship - this is something that is being looked into, but is only at the very early stage of consideration. I will post an update regarding this closer to the time.

In addition to the above I should also take the opportunity to state that The Avatar of Fear cannot be assigned to a Star Player - regular rostered players only. This was an oversight on my part and should have been stated in the tournament pack - thanks to Leipziger for focusing my brain onto this one!
