Nope, you can expend 6 points for a first normal skill or 16 points to have a normal + double in the same player.

No to stat increase. And before the argument comes no where does it say you can’t. Let’s go with the no where does it say you can.

People playing my round one opponent in round two should probably also check opponents roster...
Also if i start writing mine now i may actually have a legal one myself by Saturday...
