Nope, you can expend 6 points for a first normal skill or 16 points to have a normal + double in the same player.

No to stat increase. And before the argument comes no where does it say you can’t. Let’s go with the no where does it say you can.

Do we need to email rosters in advance or anything? Can't remember this being a thing either, thanks

If someone was considering a late race switch to Bretts would there be another someone attending with a suitable team to borrow?
