Each coach gets a free “Welsh wizard” (See below)
8 Skills, 7 Normal, 1 double, no stat increases. (See below)
There is no limit on the amount of skill duplication or stacking, however coaches are requested to build rosters within the spirit of the game and consider the enjoyment of others when compiling teams.

Win: 20 Pts
Draw: 10 Pts
Loss: 1Pt
Bonus Points; 1 per Td (max of 3) 1 per Cas (max of 3)

Coaches to submit rosters (complete with day 1 skills) at least 2 weeks in advance, breakdown will be posted on TFF to encourage (light-hearted) banter.

7 normal and 1 double skill onto the roster for day 1, plus 2 skills into a “skill bank”
End of day 1 coaches can swap 2 skills with banked skills for day 2 should they wish

Welsh Wizard is a once only over the weekend.
On the kick off before the ball bounces (after the kick off result) the coach can change the weather to what ever he wants. if both coaches use their wizard a dice off is made. (the winner will choose who changes first - then change it their self resulting in both coaches using their wizard)
