The HEBBL presents it's Debut Open Tournament. The TOWIE Bowl.
After 5 years of running a successful league we thought it was time!

Morning donuts, and lunch provided on both days. Location has plenty of free parking.

Prizes will be provided by our partner 4tk Gaming for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, as well as Spot prizes during the day and for MOST TD's, MOST CAS and the fabled Wooden Spoon.

3 Normal Skills chosen before Round One to be used on Day 1&2
1 Double and 2 Normal Skills Before Round 4, Day 2

Hi Gaffa. Looks good. Though I won't be able to attend as it clashes directly with my tourney Monkeybowl up in Hartlepool.

Worth adding that the clash may have an effect on attendance at both events to some extent, so I don't know if you would consider moving to a different date? Is that possible at this stage?

I don't think it will impact on the NAF approval status as I believe the events are far enough apart to meet the requirements. Worth bearing in mind though.

(Monkeybowl date is fixed with our venue / payments already received so it would be very tricky for me to change at my end)

Unfortunately Pippy on this one the clash is unavoidable due to our venue's main purpose which is Table Tennis, and working with their calendar.

As this is our first event we envisage it to be fairly small (16-24 coaches) and assumed that the majority would be from the local area as we have 40 or so coaches associated with HEBBL past and present and have the Chelmsford Bunker and RIOTS guys on our doorstep too. I think the only other dates clashed with Dungeon Bowl which is faithfully attended by a number of our clan and ARBBL Open which geographically is closer to us than Monkeybowl.
Should the TOWIE Bowl be a success (which we hope it will be) and we run a 2016 entry, we will have a whole year to prepare and will make sure there are no clashes.
