Hello sports fans! After the raging success of last years tournament we are doing it all again for a 3rd year!
THE DETAILS:
This NAF sanctioned & ranked tournament will take place on the 16th and 17th of August 2014 & costs 20 GBP for NAF members & 25 GBP for non NAF members, which includes a years NAF membership.
To order your ticket please send your PayPal payment to
riots@teamromford.co.uk . In the notes section of your payment please include NAF Name/Number (if a member), Team Race & Team Name of your team for the event.
The tournament will use the Competition Rules Pack Blood Bowl rules. All 24 teams will be permitted, including Slann, Underworld and Chaos Pact. NO Khorne Teams.
Each coach selects his team from a treasury of 1,050,000 gold crowns.
You may spend money from your treasury on inducements.
All inducements are permitted except Special Play Cards. Teams are restarted after each game, i.e. injuries and deaths do not carry over; any SPPs earned are lost.
Each coah will play 5 matches in the swiss tournament format. (SEED 1 plays 2, 3 plays 4 etc.) With coaches placed 1st & 2nd playing in round 5 for the Championship.
Before each match, including the first one you may select ONE additional skill for a player on your team.

In addition to the above each entrant to the tournament will receive a special R.I.O.T.S Tournament gift of a pair of custom D6 and a matching D8.
SPOT PRIZES!
To reflect the ethos of the R.I.O.T.S Tournament, spot prizes will be distributed in each round of the tournament.
The prizes will be awarded for various styles of play, and will not necessarily reward the standard Competitive Tournament style.
ROUND 1 - The Slat-Nav Award
This will be awarded to the coach with the most
completed passes in the round .
ROUND 2 - The Dirty Player Award
This will be awarded to the coach with the most
attempted fouls in the round.
ROUND 3 - The Made of Welsh Award
This will be awarded to the coach who takes the
most injuries in the round.
ROUND 4 - The One Way Traffic Award
This will be awarded to the coach who concedes
the most touchdowns in the round.
ROUND 5 - The Hail Mary Award
This will be awarded to the coach with the furthest
completed pass in the round.
