Sorry for the confusion, id just finished a 13hr shift from hell and got myself in a muddle. As Joe and Geoff said - CRP as quoted. My bad.

As far as the Star player goes he will be unable to perform any actions, ball play or assist in actions - Blitzing, picking up the ball, fouling, assisting in blocks, ect... I will post his card once ive got a suitable mini for him. He is just meant to be a bit of fun and does not have to be fielded. I did think of dicing off each half to see who he plays for, a bit like the old Thrud.

May be an idea to have a word with Don Vitoria shane, he used an extra star at geordiebowl. In that one he plays for each team, both players controlling him on their turn

Part boy - All Shaniepoo wants to do is find Pippy and dance for him all day long. Because of his love of dancing there are no midifiers for being in his tackle zone (he cant assist in any shape but you still have to dodge though) and he can't throw any blocks... He just wants to dance, dance, dance!!!

Interesting point about the smaller tournaments - could it be that smaller ones could be one-dayers? Not that you'll want to think about this just now in a period of mourning, and it's a separate topic. There is congestion and a limited player base, admittedly.

Which tournaments made life difficult for you? I think RIOTS struggled because of Thrud and Albion Coast, for example.

Mate, Im sorry you cancelled.

Hawk & I where discussing this yesterday and where both interested in attending, but neither of us could commit as we where both on a budget for Thrud!

maybe the week after Thrud! was not the most opportune timing? I know its "Darn Sarf" but its still a biggie!!

with regards to the dice, put me down for a set, they'll go with the "original" pink ones I own!!

If you reschedule please let me know, I've got family in Doncaster so traveling daily could be an option.

Sann, I didnt see any of the other tournie as a problem as thet are at different locations in the UK, Pornbowl was aimed at local areas - Preston and Manchester for example. Problem with 1 dayers is that people are less likely to travel to them - 2hr drive for 3-4 games starting at 9.30 isnt much of a selling point.

It looks like im not the only 1 this has happendd to.

Shame, the North West scene has really collapsed hasn't it? Time was it was supporting as many tournaments as the SW is now. Waterbowl, Ribble, Toy Soldier, Gryphonbowl, Flame Bowl, Stunty Slam, Porn / Bearded Snot. I guess these things just run in cycles.
