Exiles Open 6 (66): Dead Rising - Besters wins

Post by lunchmoney »

Exiles Open 6(66): Dead Rising will be a 2 day Blood Bowl tournament on 13th and 14th September 2014.

Tickets are £25 and this includes buffet lunch on Saturday and Carvery lunch on Sunday. If you have any dietary requirement, other than vegetarian, please let me know asap, as I will have to arrange something with the venue. I have been informed they cannot cater Halal.

New coaches are also welcome. Spread the word to new players, I'll cover the cost of NAF membership for new members :)

Payment can be made to me in person, or via PayPal to lunchmoney@exilesleague.com.
If paying via Paypal please mark the payment as a personal gift or Paypal swipe a percentage.
Also note your name and NAF name (if you are a NAF member) and that the payment is for the Exiles 6(66)

Rules pack can be found here http://exilesleague.com/exiles-blood-bo ... 14v1.1.pdf
In a nutshell - 115TV. Full inducements. 6 skills added to your team, one of which can be a double choice, 3 normal skills are labelled day 1 (cannot include the double choice) and you get rest on day 2.
There are 2 special Dead Rising Rules detailed in the rules doc. These have been vetted by the NAF.
Random draw for round 1, then Swiss draw.

Prize support is being supplied by Oli (aka Nobby/looshkin) from Hades Games. In addition to prizes on the day he is offering all those that pre order their tickets a 10% discount in his store. Please contact hadesgames@gmx.com once you have bought your ticket to arrange your discount as he can’t apply directly on the website at this time.

Hades Games are supplying a full team that I will give away to one lucky raffle winner. This means everyone who attends gets a chance at it, not just the winners :)
You'll get one ticket for each day you play, so if you can only make one day you are still in with a chance, but those who play the full weekend get two chances :)

If you have any questions please ask.

It will be held at:

*must resist...must resist...*

I'd like to request that 3 wardancer woodies are banned, and that if you're playing elfs, they don't disguise themselves as Norse (yes Tom, looking at you). Though I might have failed to spot the point ears under the Space Marine helmets. ;)

Not Undead, but perhaps the oldest living coach.
