Fixed title but I haven't edited the location. It is usually around the Daventry area but I think I have been to 3, if not 4, different locations for this event so far.

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

I think it's going to be:

TV115, with front-loaded skills, no wizards or cards. Round events (different one each round). Skills based on following tier breakdown;

Tiers:

1 = Orc, Undead, Woodies, Dwarves + Skaven
2 = Norse, Dark Elves, Chaos Dwarves, Amazons + Lizardmen
3 = Necromantic, Humans, Elves, Chaos + High Elves
4 = Goblins, Ogres, Halflings, Chaos Pact + Khemri
5 = Nurgle, Slann, Underworld + Vampires

Skill Package (possibly, need to confirm):

Tier 1 - 6 normal skills
Tier 2 - 5 normal 1 double
Tier 3 - 6 normal, 1 double
Tier 4 - 7 normal, 1 double
Tier 5 - 8 normal, 1 double

The tiers were statistically pulled info from the NAF site by Harroguk.
He calculated the representation of each team at tournaments as a %. Then multiplied the Representation by the Win ratio.
Sorted this into order and then allocated teams based on a 20% split for each tier.
This should encourage the lesser played and then lesser winning teams. In theory at least.

That's why the tiers look like they do.

I have been harrassing Steve to get it registered on the NAF, so hopefully it will be up soon. The above may change slightly, but it gives you an idea.

Love it. Though don't think the skill packages allocated to the different tiers are different enough for the encouragement. Dwarves/Woodies/Orcs don't need doubles. Fewer skills would make more difference.

Agree, but it's not about making the lesser played teams too attractive to the point where you turn up and play 5 Nurgle teams (for example). If you fancied having a go with Vamps at a tourney, this encourages you to do so. You could also play Woodies as well, without being (sort of) punished. It's trying to encourage racial diversity.

Of course, and that is commendable - I think I'm more evangelical than most about this!
