With everything else being spread around, and the Eurobowl only 11 weeks away, I thought I'd summarise what I think is going on, and hope one of the French organisers can confirm: - Goblin, Halfling and Ogres get full inducement access and 1.3 million gc - only the team captain needs to be national, the rest can be freebooters - the draw is Swiss for countries, then the random/blind/etc - it is not NAF ranked this year (even though the last 5/6 have been) Mama Mia. That's a lot of changes  And that doesn't include the 'definte' changes such as 3 skills day 1, then 2+1 double on day 2. I hoped that this would all have been confirmed well before now ........

Hi guys, I'm just having a short breack during vacations.
Consider that all this proposed changes have been tested before being proposed.
For example we used the 130 k rules for stunties in many TV110 french tourneys and it works ery well without unbalancing the matches (no stunties have ever win a french tourney, just made an average ranking). The result is that weak players have more fun and sometimes make a "surpise" to powergamers.
In fact we used TV 110 for woodelves, dwarves, chaos dwarves, undead, amazons, norses, skavens,
Tv 130 for stunties like we proposed
Tv 120 for all the others
I count on 10 captains of this edition to choose or not to applicate them during tournament. I agree with Geoff, there is few time left and I count on admin to help us to decide quickly about the rules.
I just send a PM to Dave to create a vote section reserved to 10 captains where they could vote about this changes.
If you know another avaiable admin, please connect me with him to find a quicker solution.
I'm just waiting an answer from admin.
So The final ruleset will be decided by a vote of captains, not by us. We are just here to propose new ideas to renew and improve the tournament.

don't think the board can limit a vote to just those 10 ppl, you are better off just getting them to post yes or no in a thread
