Thanks to everyone who put the work in.

You could have bumped up my ranking like I asked though...

Ditto. Great work.

Lots of moving and shaking. No 1 spot changing hands for the second time in a just a few weeks. Some new faces on the 1st page.

All very interesting... :D

Is there a general overview of the teams and their place in the individual ranking?

You may have answered my question, Thanks!!

here is a precis of movers and shakers:
Greatest climbs (that I can find)

Marco Gianni (Welfs) 38.97
Fisherking (Welfs) 38.34
Planlos (Lizards) 33
Sputnik (Orcs) 29.6
Pelle (Welfs) 29.31
Modredd (Khemri) 28 or 29

others I have seen Pjut 28.26 Mobo 26.5 both from Denmark

Biggest loss:
Doubleskulls ! (after his hard work) down 33 for his zons
Liam (Undead) down 22.46

and worst, Tim (Chaos Dwarfs) was 10th in the world at 232.8, now 208 so thats about 26 down!

And I was wondering Igor....who had the smallest difference after 9 games and you were 0.49! lol. I have seen several only move about 1 or 1.5 but that is smallest change I now know off!

Good fun though wasn't it. I have now got to put together the process for selling boards, teams, extra players for teams, T shirts and badges. I need to talk to others how we are going to process and manage this though.

WOOT! Up 26.76 points! (From 34th best necro coach in UK to 13th :) ) . Still not quite back to 150, but am moving in the right direction... And the 8.65 points that Liam lost when he played me was a big chunk of his lost ranking.

Cheers

Leip  :o

make fun of the NAF rankings, scoff at them, call them irrelevant.... but any way you cut it, the first 20 players on THAT list are among the best players in the world... period.

(aw, alright, Lycos.... the first 25 on the list.... ;-))

I played my last game against Doubleskulls. Very nice guy to play bloodbowl against. Had some nice beer during the game.

He was very unlucky with his dodge rolls. I had him all caged in and he had turnover after turnover. That made it easy for my orcs to kill his amazons and win 2 - 0. :smoking:

I was planning to go with amazons but they failed on me last tournaments and during this last game I was glad I was on the orcish side of the board. :P

We prototyped a new automatic xml submission function for this tournament.
Doubleskulls made his tournament program create an xml-file which was then submitted to the site and all coaches and matches were added in 1 go.
1200 games and 250 coaches entered into the rankings in 30 seconds!

Nope can't beat that, but Spencer_the_Rover did manage to cough up 31 points in one go - pretty impressive since he started sub 150!!

Sorry Schmee

Who was taking the pish? I found it extremely funny that I could play 9 games and have less overall effect than a snotling farting in a hurricane!
