Absolutely fantastic tourney. The team element made it something special.

The huge story of the weekend was obviously Team Smegheads finishing 36 out of 46  Go Smegheads!

Thanks to everyone who organised it, and Nuffle gets my gratitude for a couple of games, he can kiss my ass for a at least three, and was absent for the rest.

AND... it's official, Spaniards are mental  The enthusiasm is also contagious, so thanks guys. Yet to meet anyone who liked the NAF WC team figs though. But that means nothing. The event was great, bring on the next one!

Flame On B-Team came away with the honours of the wooden spoon, after receiving a severe beating from our counterparts in the A-team and rooting us to the bottom.

Cheers guy  s

Team arres (I think thats what they're called) fromn france won

Arros from Denmark second.

Fantastic weekend every game was very tight thanks to a very high level of coaching. A personal result of 3/3/3 was pretty ok for me and a team effort of 7/1/1 (lost in match 8 drew in 9) was fantastic, finished top UK team in 9th :D

Best scorer with something like 28 TD ! amazing !) and the bests coaches in GB... Woaw ! what a week end !

I'll try to post some pics soon ;)

6 of those are mine from game 1 on friday. Great guy, we both tried to drink the other under the table on the thursday night and both needed emergency coffee friday at halftime.

Amongst other things when someone needs a crucial roll everyone rushes to one pitch and urges the dice to come up right... noisilly. We had no option but to counter it, and the second half of match 5(team match2) between Fumbbl ES and Team Smegheads was a rush up to Kithors pitch and back to will on those dice. Easilly a highlight for me, along with the 5-1-0 over Flame-On B which put us at the top tables for the round (our decent from these dizzy heights was rapid! )

Not got a facility to host piccies, never bothered. I've no doubt someone will put some up soon though. They're very original, just not what a lot of people were expecting. I don't want to focus on anything negative though, the weekend was amazing!

Same goes. I'm with Rodders on the price. They were an original design mounted on the back of an Impact! Streetbrawl board but they were showing signs of wear on the creases by game 2 when I first played on them (straight down the White Hart in to the flunky compound for me  ) so I've no idea how they'll last TBH.

Also agree with Rodders on the coin from the Spanish. Thanks for that guys!

I had a minor concern on that. That's why we went with vinyl instead of paper printing. so that the vinyl could stretch over the seem and not tear like paper. By being on the reverse side there is a lot more stress on the seem to the image than the other side.

We only had 3 weeks and a limited budget to get the boards made. So I was very happy with how they turned out given those two parameters (and the image was very nice). (Printing the original Street Brawl boards was done with a budget 3x as large and a timetable 4x longer). Also printing on the backside of the Street Brawl board was necessary because getting 50 blank copies of the boards would have taken 4 weeks (and at a cost double that of what the Street Brawl boards cost to make (ouch!)). They were also very concerned at the printing shop that the image would not adhere well and completely cover the Street Brawl board image (which is why they were printed on the reverse side).

This is all informational as to the hows and the whys of the boards. Like I said I was very happy with how they turned out. Keeping in mind that only 50 of those boards will ever be made for the largest BB tournament ever held to date ... its a definite collectible.
