There are quite a number of "independant" Hotels along the canalside and city centre in Nottingham all of which are no more than a 10-15min walk to warhammer world maybe it would be an idea to check the availability on some of these? They all have either their own bars or there is a bar close by and as mid October would generally be a fairly quiet time of year for these hotelliers they may offer a group discount.

Extra day
Just to get this thread back on track, I suggest that the Thursday should have the first round of both the team event and an individual event (if there is one) but those who don't play on the Thursday can come along on other days for minor events. That will sort out the dedicated fanatics from the weekend players.

We are waiting to find out from GW what the catering charges will be for lunch and dinner to begin to establish a ticket cost. So bear with us a few more days - I am in constant email contact with the UK event coordinator.Hangus wrote:sorry i meant tournament cost per day for the player. BB not B&B
