i am no expert but ive played from 2nd edition. we use a mix of deathzone LRB3 and LRB7 qith house rules and the suggested strength range noted above. seems to work fine but we have only played 16 games so far and there are no major signs of overpowering players. the occassional one sure.

More resurrection ideas on the dice against skill levels:

Using the current Agility rating of the players, you roll that many dice needing a "6" on any one of them to "hit" your number. -1 die for each TZ (or other modifier).

I've worked out the odds (using smallroller, nifty little utility: http://www.fnordistan.com/smallroller.html) and they are close to what we have now (7-AG, -1/TZ) but easier to use.

Just my $.02.

• If the players’ strengths are EQUAL, one dice is rolled.

• If one player is one (1) point STRONGER, one dice is rolled but in the case of a ‘Both Down result’ the stronger player remains standing whilst the opposing player is placed ‘Prone’ in his current square even if he has the Block skill. Don’t’ make an Armour roll for the player.

• If one player is two (2) points or more STRONGER, two dice are rolled and the stronger player may choose which one is used.

• If one player is MORE THAN TWICE AS STRONG, three dice are rolled and the stronger player may choose which is used.

Strength runs fro, 1-8
