How do you guys work the catering for events?
I am planning on trying to take part in a few tournaments next year (fingers crossed) and although I am far from the best BB player, I can bring some different skills to any UK based tournament. I have been a chef for over 12 years now and if required, can help bring the catering down in price (even on hot meals rather than just sarnies etc) just gimme a shout.
I know many places like clients to use their own caterers but if it is not the case, passing on a saving to the people going to the tourney could ensure a more enjoyable time.
Cheers,
Ewan

Thanks man, but Hollands a bit far at the moment and Norse is my only other countryman there. It might bring the reputation of Scottish people even lower than it already is! (as if thats possible!)
