Maybe it was the joy of finally winning with my Dwarves against a NAF-member since last year Christmas, but I haven't noticed any non-sportsmanship with you. I thought you took the loss quite well. It was one TD to high, but I thought that game was one of the most interesting games I had with dwarves. I finally could prove to myself that I can actually win a game against a very good opponent by using patience and thinking ahead and playing it safety-first sytle. I didn't go after the ball at the first opportunity and forced you into bad dice roll choices, which at the end led to the 1-0. The 2-0 was just a bonus, which was good luck on my part, but I doubt that you would have managed a draw in that game. The main difference in this game, as well as the game against Fondu's dwarves was the fact that I had 1 player more on the pitch than the opponent (later increasing that to 2). I don't know if it makes you feel any better, but that win meant a whole lot to me and my low self-esteem

After a busy week I finally managed to update my website. You can see Baerbel's and my opponents here:
http://bloodbowl.beckerf.de/html/bubble_2005.html
Thanks to all, especially Dave and Draco for organizing. We really enjoyed the location and also the dinner in the beautiful town of Utrecht.
What else can I say? It was a perfect tournament! Second place for me and place 14 for Baerbel.
We surely will be back next year
