Range Rule Template

Post by Lines »

Some B7 coaches asked me about the range ruler template I used.

It´s a template that shows all square by square distances for all possible passing ranges on a single sheet.

With that you don´t have to use (and discuss) the range ruler each time you throw a pass. I think it´s much easier. We use it as a standard in our league.

For all interested: you can download it as PDF in the houserules section of our website www.mucbbl.de.vu
(Änderungen und Erläuterungen bestehender Regeln)

Note: You still have to use the ruler if there are doubts about possible interceptons.

Have fun,

@Lines, thanks for giving away your template ! It will be a great help, too ! And thanks for the nice game... and sorry about your Ratogre, Stormvermin and Linerat visiting the hospital at the first turn
Aren't you happy now that you are also a player and not just a collector?
@redfang... yes, there are moments i´m wishing i m still just a collector and would spend my time better just painting... but , just moments !!! :D

Sharky, the pleasure was all mine. Really great game, the best I've had in ages. I just shouldn't have been so greedy and "Go for It" to try for 3-1. The result was inevitable: SssiiIEBEN !!

Of course, a great tournament overall as well.

Sssssssiiiiiieben! I´ll never forget that cry! To be honest, I dreamt of it last night

And I´m still laughing about that joke with the drunken guy and his stolen car ...

Back from a brilliant weekend and a very enjoyable tourney. I loved the venue and the amazing level of detail that went into the organisation. We got B7-footballs, name tags, a B7-coin, B7-dice, custom-built markers for the table numbers and a small full-colour handout containing the weather and the kick-off-chart at every table. Thanks to Baerbel and Frank who really did a wonderful job putting it all together.

I enjoyed to play the beautiful stadiums and will consider building one of my own for next year. My team ended up 2/1/3 and I was very satisfied with my performance as I had miserable dice on the first day (Those B7-dice like to show their logo waaaay too much) and all the losses were 1-2's against Flix, Kithor and Utak.
And I learned the hard way to never pass, when there is a chance to intercept. Even with Pro Elves against a lonely Saurus ... :-?

Oh, and kudos to PrinceMoranion for a very memorable "push-your-own-gobbo-back-to-get-to-the-ball-one-turn-touchdown" :D

NAF Results are in

Games are uploaded to the NAF Website!

I think the ranking has to be updated by the NAF-webmaster.

Thx at Bärbel and Frank for that weekend! :D

It was a great experiance.

I'll be there next year too. Hopefully I'll get a better second day.
This should be possible (0-3).
Thx @Candlejack, Sharky and the unknown norse coach to show me my limits. :( Perhaps I can make it better against them at one of the future tournees.

Wow, I dropped from 19th to 80th place in NAF Ranking, almost lost 20 points.
Really nice how screwed up dices and a bad cold can make one suffer :(
To make it short: that tripple skull in my last game against Kheldar, that cost me the win, really ended the tourney like it started
But I will fight to regain some points at the next tourney I attend..
Beware
