Proximity of bar to games?

I was wondering what the setup is like at the BBT. Is the bar close to where we are playing? Is the bar going to be open while we are playing our games? Would anyone care if I was throwing back beers while playing?

I like a few drinks while I'm playing Blood Bowl so just wanted to know if that's going to be possible.
