I see they've brought forward the start of the Arena Football league to now. I've been wanting to see some of this insanity for an age. (for those not in the know - mix american football and Ice Hockey and you're not far off. Scores in the 70s are far from rare.)

Would any of you Americans who are coming over be able and willing to record a game for me and bring it over to the BB? A pint should cover the cost of the actual tape. Format isn't a problem thanks to my video player being NTSC compatible (so it said on the box anyway).

I wish I was coming, but to the kindly soul who will be taking the video - please make sure you get one with John Riggins doing the color commentary. Riggo is promises to be highly amusing, and will add a lot to the game. I believe he's doing the Orlando vs. Chicago game this weekend.

I wish I could help Thads. The taping, no prob. Now getting there and participating, that's the rub. Maybe next year.

Nope. Anything. I just wanna see some Arenaball. That said, something with Elway's new Colorado team would be kinda cool.

I got the New York at Dallas game from last Sunday.

Yep. The Dallas Desperados. Owned by Jerry Jones, and see if you don't see the Dallas Cowboys theme running through the team. Their Head Coach has been the Cowboys Special Teams coach for years.

Him and Al Davis....throw in Art Modell as well for that matter...I could live very happily without those three. Need more guys like Mara and Rooney.
