NAF Championship 2018 FAQ

Post by Boneless »

This space will be used for any FAQ to keep communication lines clear.

1. The NAFC 2018 will be using all 26 Races (Yes this includes Khorne and Bretonian's) as voted for by the community. As a NAF Flagship I feel we should continue to embrace all NAF sanctioned Races.

Khorne will be Tier 2
Bretonians will be Tier 1 (due to the dodge guard access and ease) Staying in line with UKTC

Where would one get the lists for these 'new' teams? Id like to look at them to make sure I'm not caught off guard by some ner-do-well making stuff up....

NB: Bretonians only get Dodge on a Double

EDIT: Sorry used the link above which is wrong, please can we have an up to date link for the new rosters.

Will these two new races be added to the ranking system? I.e. if I beat a Khorne player will I gain any coaching points?

Yes, being added to the NAF database from start of 2018. More details here.

Are all Star Players from the LRB6 still available?
Or is it just the ones from DeathZone 2?

I was looking at the Goblins team in DZ2, and surprised to see no Bomber, Fungus or Nobbla

I would hazard a guess here (and I'm sure Hawca will correct me if I'm wrong) but as this is the NAF Championship it will be using the NAF Tournament rules, as per https://www.thenaf.net/tournaments/nafdocs/
This includes all rosters and stars from CRP :)

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

In typical fashion, I found the answer on the NAF website about 5 minutes after posting my question :)
Thanks!
