Renaissance plays infinitely better music. And the women are better looking than at Rock City. Not to mention better dressed.

Got more chance of pulling at Rock City though ;)

Well I'm up for hitting clubs Thursday night through Sunday while I'm there. If anybody is up for it then let me know. T&A :o always beats a Q&A

T&A okay was helpful ... I do definately spare to much time on miniatures an Bloodbowl ...

You could count me in for an nightly tour Chaos Dwarf ... maybe the others join in as well, as every night in the Bugmans might really be a bit ... hmmm... weak on the T&A part ... :D

Rock City after Bugmans on saturday! We'll probably mostly fulfill any dress code for the place with normal street clothes.
Or I'm up for Rock City on the Friday...
I've heard so much about this place over the years I'm at least interested. Had a mate go to Uni in Nottingham and he seemed to like it...even though he hates Metal.

Does anybody know if these place are near Travel Inn? Sounds like a plan for Friday or Saturday night. Perhaps we should meet up at Bugmans and then head out from there on Friday?

Just my opinion, but Saturday sounds good for this Rock City place. 3 reasons:
1) If you get wasted Friday night the weekend may well drag on painfully.
2) Saturday night we can start in Bugmans and get filled with beer before going out, which normally lends itself to a better night, and may prove cheaper than club drinking (don't know the 2 venues though).
3) Not sure I'll be there Friday night, and I don't want to miss this! :P

Bugmans is further away from the city centre than the Travel Inn is. Rock City is in the city centre.

The sat night does sound a bit of a better choice. As for travel, if there are a few of us the taxi wownt be that much, and if we are mainly at the Travel Inn then its even more easyer to get home.
Marcus- The music and the women come down to tast. I cant stand dancing to RnB, Dance and the rest of the crap in the charts at the mo and all the women that go to the clubs where they play it are slappers and tarts (they are here in Lancaster anyway).....actually all of a sudden i like these clubs aswell

It's been awhile since I've lived in the UK, what the heck is a slapper?
