Bought a ticket on Saturday. Roughly how long should it be before I get confirmation and hotel code?

Tickets purchased, however the hotel is confused!

Initially booked a double room, then phoned back for another single room, was told they did not have any and only twins @ £50 per night, WTF?

That and the main hotel chain booking department knew NOTHING regarding the NAFC discount.

Are single rooms available @ £40 as stated in the email from the NAF?

All that aside looks like there is 6 of us playing and Don George spectating again, the old mans 80 this year!

The main hotel chain booking department won't know anything about it. That is why we gave you a different number in the confirmation email.

I expect this is just a mix up. It is a hotel with multiple members of staff, you know how that works. Single rooms are available until they run out. But maybe they have run out. I don't ask for hourly updates.

I should point out that the deal ends 3 months before the event. So either way (rooms running low or time running out) if you want a room, now is the time to sort it out.
