Tickets now on sale for NAFC 2014

The event will cost £55.00. This will include lunch on both Saturday and Sunday and an evening meal on Saturday, plus free gifts and of course your entry to play Blood Bowl in the event itself.

Payment should be sent to theNAFChampionship@gmail.com. If you can avoid fees please do so.

We have again negotiated discounted rates with The Orchard Hotel next to the venue of £40.00 for a single room or £50.00 for a twin room per night. The Orchard is a 4-star hotel and this rate includes full breakfast and use of facilities (including gym). This rate is available on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. To receive this rate you must book no later than three months before the event. Booking requires a code that will be sent to you after you purchase your ticket for the event.

Rooms are more limited this year (especially on the Sunday) so we recommend that you get sorted as early as possible. We would also ask that you buddy up and share a twin room if you can, as our quota is on rooms not people staying, and we can fit more people in this way.

If we buy our tickets now and get the hotel code, do you know if the hotel needs paying upfront? Or can it be booked and paid for later? I dont quite have too many £'s spare at the moment.

Last year you simply booked the hotel and they took card details. The money wasn't deducted until after the event. You'll need to check with the hotel when you ring.

I am at a tournament in Belgium (or travelling) from today so I may not respond to payments until Monday.

I would imagine so, a lot of the rooms could be set up either way. I would make a clear request when booking as they'll be expecting mostly twins.
