I will be looking to get to London (sort of- I'll be stopping with me Ma in the 'burbs sunday night) on the Sunday evening, and am happy to chum up with anyone who will be making the journey too.

Any idea on when it will end on Sunday?

I need to get back to Berlin Sunday evening and I could get a flight from Birmingham at 19.45, but that might be a bit tight, no?
Any idea on how to get to BHX on Sunday?

Furthermore, anyone driving from London on Friday who's looking to share a car?

About 18.00 finish. You won't make a 19.45 flight, sorry. There is a train but it takes longer than that.

Too bad. I had a look at taxis, but I'd still have to leave at 17.00.
I guess that it might be complicated to get to the airport early on monday morning as well? There's a flight at 8 or so.

Btw, what's the maximum number of participants?

I think another German (Frank) is looking at the early Monday flight from Birmingham. When I checked for him it seemed possible.

No realistic cap on participants, but hotel rooms at the discounted rate are limited and can only be booked more than 3 months before the event.

Booked a 20:05 flight from East Midlands on the Sunday. Thought I'd be safe with that, but feeling I should double-check now. :?:

I am really, really looking forward to this trip! Especially putting faces to many of your online names and shaking plenty of hands!

Still anxious about the flight but it will be worth it!
