Um, it already does - I've used it every year for the ARBBL.

Then the question must be why the NAFC results are entered manually? (which takes longer, has chance for manual input errors, etc)

I don't know. I know Lycos can't get score to work on his PC, but the .xml output file it can create just uploads, at least all the times I've used it, but then I've tried to use it for anything bigger than 40-odd so maybe it does work correctly.
