Some of us managed to drink a sadly now closed bar in Amsterdam (the original Cathedral of Nuffle, Legendz) dry once...after the Dutch Open iirc. Valen and Mrs Valen once drank absolutely all their Vodka too.

I voted no entertainment too, I want the freedom to walk around and socialise. I've met a lot of people already this year and I always meet someone new at the GT. Shaniepoo and I also generally catch a game of BB in Bugmans (last years endless four way death bowl marathon being a terrible, terrible example) and organised entertainment would no doubt get in the way.

I say let people do their own thing and if anyone spots someone who looks like a shy newbie waiting for their window of opportunity to make friends, embrace them, and say welcome brother, we've been waiting for you...

I'd rather PeteW did a General Knowledge quiz like he did for WI last year.

It was a right laugh.

The Blood Bowl quiz is too boring and I don't really want more BB shoved in my face when I have to play 6 games and socialise with 200 people whose common interest is Blood Bowl.

Don't worry, the only ball and chains at NAFC belong to Fungus the Loon!

Ok I GET IT, any "organised" entertainment is a violation of human rights or something...and no staple-gunning people into participating!

Wouldn't dream of it anyway(besides I'm out of staples :D ), we normally run the evening entertainment at Thrudball to one side, so people can choose whether or not to participate.

I couldn't get permission for half the thrudball entertainment at GW HQ anyway...

But I am getting more and more convinced I might upset a fair few BBGT regulars if I try anything a bit "out of the box"...the last thing I'd want to do is piss off my peers.

Also most forum noise so far seems to be a resounding "No Thanks", so I think I'm going to respect the experience of the majority of those posting here and forget some of the riskier suggestions, and instead just try to facilitate advertisement of what will be available to play on the night. And maybe do a quiz unless someone else wants to do one.

Games Wise , I can provide:
Nine Bloodbowl Themed drinking games
Zombies the Board Game (Twilight Creations)
Weed! the Card Game
Perudo
Piss On the Squig

Maybe anyone willing to invite newbies to their evening games can simply tell we when / where / who to contact and I can then link up / introduce the newbies to the Game Providers?

Sound better guys?

Come to WISB II - Purplegoo is goign to host a "Drop a million" style quiz where you start with £20 worth of drinks tokens and have to gamble them away on 7 multiple choice questions. Should be awesome.

I could bring Resistance - a 5-10 player Mafia/werewolf style game that doesn;t have any player elimination. It is good. Perudo (Liar Dice) is always good too. I also have a couple of half decent Magic decks if anyone is that way inclined...

I was going to save this Peter, but the ruleset has caught my attention and I've spent at least 5 hours this week thinking of the roster.

Brendan has stopped answering the phone to me.

I think I will be coming...

 Shall we meet in the parking lot pre-event and have our pre-destined punch up?

I think you should know ironjaw that I hold no ill feelings towards you, other than you being a tad cheeky.

Oh and maximu, do you know if monekykungfu still has that video of us crushing eski in the car? If so he needs to link it
