Friday night

Post by shaniepoo »

Myself and Dreamer are getting to Nottingham on friday evening and wanted to know who else is going to be out and where they will be? The last few years we have been kicked out of Bugmans for a salsa class, with the change in dates will the salsa still be on or will we be able to stay in Bugmans? The other option is the pub up the road that i can never remember the name of... The White Heart?

well in the house rules email there was also this:
Bugmans:

Bugmans will be open on the Friday before the event for those of you wishing to meet up and say hello with some of your potential opponents.

They will also be revealing to the world for the first time ever the Bugmans Board Game! Based around the premise of several Dwarves trying to enjoy a quiet night’s drinking in Bugmans Bar, it ultimately degenerates into mayhem as the XXXXXXXX starts to flow and the patrons get restless. This is an exclusive product to Bugmans Bar and was penned by none other than Rick Priestly! There will be some copies available for anyone wanting to have a go, as well as for anyone wishing to buy this exclusive piece of Bugmans merchandise.

As ever, they will be running the Bugmans Pub Quiz, with some prizes up for grabs to boot.
so I intend to go bugmans 1st off and see how it goes, we can always head somewhere else if needs must

There was a house-rules email? I haven't received that. :o

When I asked about Firday in Bugman's recently, I was told it would need to be double-checked, and they'd get back to me - haven't heard anything.

An interesting bit about bases. 30mm bases only allowed with prior approval. I emailed the sender to ask how to get prior approval, and he said "by emailing me". So I replied to say "can I have approval, please". No reply as yet
