By Desmond, I am guessing the reference is Tutu, or two-two. So how does that work in BB? Is it a 2 wins, 2 draw, 2 losses? Cos that would fit with the highest placed dark elf coach last year, Christian Tamblyn. Is this you?

Oh and I hope you do well! I took darkies to the Poo Bowl this year and might try them at the GT next year.

Yes, that's a Desmond, 1.5 Desmond or Triple Des depending on who you talk to, mathematical accuracy doesn't seem that important.

I'm not sure who yet: Undead, Khemri, Dark Elves are all possibilities.

But I did register with Undead...

2-2-2 = a "Desmond" (Tu-Tu-Tu)

3-2-1 = a "Dusty Bin" (wikipedia it)

5-0-1 = a "Levis" (as in the jeans)

....there are a few doing the rounds. Some 5 game tournies mean that the above don't work (obviously!) so you get things like 5-0-0 = a "Hawaii" (as in Hawaii 5-0). The world cup threw up some real problems (hence 3-3-3 being the "New Desmond")

All the above are Win-Draw-Loss results.

3-0-3 = Andover Bypass (A303)

I thought Andover was in Belgium.....

General Knowledge/Cultural references only I'm afraid. Similarly the A141 from Huntingdon to Ring's End wouldn't count either, sorry DS :D

Nah, a 3-3-3 at the WC is a Mandela.

Keeps in with the African statesman theme and comes from the song:

Although I think the Specials version is better...

I didn't christen it, it was Lycos.
Completely threw me when he told me to.

Of course, at that time I was 2-0-1.
A 2-0-4 is just a Shit Sunday!
