OK just perused the BB GT rules pack. It says only GW minis but does this cover the bases they are stuck to? I was about to rebase my minis to the larger 30mm ones that have the beveled edges.

Has anyone previously done this at other BB GT and been pulled up for it?

Minis are on hold till I know.....

Darkson would be the best man to answer this one.

But I HAVE to believe that they don't care who makes the bases.

I'll ask.

Gut feeling is that they won't care, but I'd hate to say that then find your teams excluded at the GT.

Pug - still no reply from Andy@GW , so I'm not sure what to say.
If you've had a personal reply, let me know - it would be nice to be kept in the loop.

Well I canged the bases of the team anyway. So going to bite the bullet and take them anyway.

If I do get a response, I let this topic know.

Spencer the Rover has been taking teams on non gw bases for years and has had no problems.

OK got a reply from Andy Joyce. Here's the quote from the email.

"Thanks for the email. I am happy to allow the use of these bases for the purposes of this event. However, I must take the opportunity to remind you that this does not cover the use of non-citadel miniatures for the event. "

So I'm in the clear and so's everyone else. Cool.

That solves this issue.
