I would not say if I did or do! Not being funny but - we went to the Dutch Open two weeks ago, did we know the give aways? No. Last two years Dungeonbowl did we know anything...no. This year's BD is less than a month away...do we know... no. Do you know what the new NAF dice will be...no. Do I...yes.

So in truth....like most other tournaments you wont know until you are there. That is hardly a surprise really. It's like most tournaments.
OH! THAT type of concession! I thought that it might mean that they had made some concession like..... .....we could use non-GW minis.... or ....they would sell individual figures over the weekend.....

If it's a give away then cool, I'll wait until I get there t find out.

One, just one, of the things I am working on, is exactly that. No promises... let me clear, no promises on this particular request, but that is exactly what I am waiting an answer on.

Yellow card offences include:
- Use of non-standard dice, measures or other gaming tools; includes the use of non-UK edition of the rules
This one part raises a few questions:
- Don't you think it's a bit harsh to penalise a foreign coach with a yellow card just for checking what a skill does in their own language? :o I thought the attempt was to ENCOURAGE foreign coaches to come, not drive them away
They can check the rules in their own language, but if there's a discrepency in the translation (eg the old german Block = ST skill), the English version trumps.
- What constitutes "non-standard" dice? Are only GW's white D6 allowed?
Non-GW or NAF Block dice, D6 not in the normal "7 per opposite facing" and Grum's dodgy casino dice. ;)
- Will I get yellow carded for checking the passing range on a crib sheet rather than using the lose-o-meter?
You're going to pass? LOSER!
I'll have to check, as I think the on on the SG site is an official replacement, so should be fine - others I'd need to check (but if the same as the official one, shouldn't be a problem).
- Does Valen count as a tool, gaming or otherwise?  (not that I'd want to use him anyway  )
Cannot answer on grounds of impartiality.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Well that's me all paid up for a ticket looking forward to this one to see what GW have learned from the amazing example that the NAF staff set for them last year at the World Cup...(again chaps, just God-damn amazing, pure and simple Image)

I'm staying the Friday, Saturday and Sunday so making a long weekend of it. I'm at the Castle Marina so nice, late mornings (my specialty  ) and now all I have to do is save up some money for the evenings entertainment...

Managed to get my ticket. All that's left to say now is "BRING THE HURT". Mostly mine, probably, but I'll bring it just in case.

I just bought a ticket, at least I think I have. The guy told me the ticket was £50, I double checked the price with him and got the same answer. Either he has sold me something completely different or they have messed up again. Has everybody else paid £55?

£55 for me.

Difficult to know what to do.
Ring to check it got ordered and alert to the under charge.
Leave it and risk getting a ticket to the: insert random event instead.

Well, I hope you're bringing some rookie coaches.

I for one have never beaten an Italian (and lost to you Roller last yr)!

But my loss at the WC did involve an pitch invasion stunning 9 guys with the ball two squares from the half way line.

But I'm not bitter, oh no...
