Soooo, who's up for Rock City 2006?

Personally, I think we should get some.

"Blood Bowl 2506
We did da Rock"

Tshirts for those that survive till Sunday morning :)

Having seen Rock City at it's height (jam packed wall to wall with scantily clad babes and the whole place heaving) compared to last year (the BB'ers doubled the attendance) I think I'll give the place a miss and go seek out pastures new elsewhere in town.

Enjoy guys, but I think the times they are a changing (or rather have changed but none of us have noticed  )

No its still the highlight. Pub next door 'speak easy' worth a look before 12 but plenty of choice in town. If they had a nice bleep bar then that would win me over but too many chavs irc.

I live not far from Nottingham. Speak easy is a good Rock pub, but about 50 yds down is place called The Rescue Rooms, which is pretty cool for a late drink and often has some good bands on too!!!, see Y'all there.

No, they're a bunch of bastards that way... they're playing in Amsterdam while I'm at some BB tourney decidedly _not_ in Amsterdam...

Ok, so Rock City is out.

I guess we can always have a Fluxx Marathon in Bugmans and drink them dry!

Keep up Rob mate, we're talking about after that, when we get turfed out of Bugmans at gone midnight. You know, that point were most blokes said to themselves that they would go straight home and then Woody jumps up on a table and shouts:

"Ok, how many cabs for Rock City then?"

... and everyone ends up there, trying not to fall over all the mess and broken glass.

Am actually starting to look forward to seeing you reprobates again, it's been a while since I've been to a big BB event, will be six months by the time the BB rolls around... :o :P 8)
