The problem is GW didn't record race information alongside coach info. Hence the question...

Actually they must have checked at least some as there were several coaches, mostly Chaos Dwarf but a few Undead too IIRC, that were told that their rosters were wrong and were made to redo them.

Oh and I think that JJ does have all the rosters. On BB.com he was talking about using them to match race to coach name to see how well the different races did at the 05BB. (This was part of a debate over whether the Undead and Skaven teams are overpowered at tournament level.)

Then.. maybe checked some random rosters... stupids! If you are gona check .. check all of them.. unless the cost of the players and the player max. number. Like i say in the NAF forum.. in the paint contests pre-selection i see a necro team with 3 wights and an orc team with an ogre. The last one played against Ancalagon last round...still with the OGRE!!! As expected.. anca talk to the referes.. and the orc get a red card.. but.. he played 5 games with a illegal roster.

Maybe next year im gonna try to cheat and make a eleven ogre roster, with some luck they only will notice it at the final :ironic:

Maybe he just walked off with them at the end of the day.

This is from p5 of the "WIBBL Undead success vs longevity feedback" thread on the second page of BB.com's vault section where JJ said "More importantly, I have most of the rosters (a few have gone missing, but I have most : ))".

So it would appear that he did at least have most of them on the Monday after the event. It would explain why the events team don't have them.

Grotuk 2 years ago I brought 6 different vampire models and used a different one each round. I put all 6 out for the painting judging so was I cheating too?

I wouldn't pay any attention to how many players are put out for the painting award. It is common practise for many to put out all the players they have painted for a team including duplicates and ones not being used in the team during the competition. For example that very nice WElf team on the round base clearly couldn't afford all those players in a starting team and at least the Treeman wasn't on his team roster.

As for the Ogre, well I don't know what they do now but in previous GW tourneys (40k ones specifically) those found with 'mistakes' in their rosters were red carded once for each game they'd used the roster in before the 'mistake' was brought to the judges attention. Although I'd say that using an Ogre on an Orc team isn't as bad as massively overspending on your team. It is after all still TR100 compared to 11 Ogres being at least TR133.

I cheak the mistake in this rosters, not only with the models cause i know the fact that some people puts more figures than the ones he uses to play... for example Emi :p
