Games Workshop have always had a 16+ age limit on Grand Tournaments. It has nothing to do with licenses etc.

They have to draw the line somewhere to ensure that 'maturer' (aka old wrinklies) aren't put off by all the 'kids' (ie you wipper-snappers.... when I were a lad.... ).

Sorry, but patience is a virtue (ie come next year instead, assuming you haven't found out about "girls" and lost all interest in GW - it happens to a lot of teenagers, who then 'come back to the fold' in there 20's).

exactly dave I agree 100%

You might be mature but there are many kids younger than 16 who arnt. The tournament wouldnt be a nightmare to run, people running around all excited.
there would be cheating, complaining and tears (and thats just from the adults)

Well since it has been raised from the dead, can someone tell us what happened?
Did he sneak in?
Did he get to play?
Was he tossed out on his ear at 9 o'clock sharp?
Inquiring minds want to know! :P

I think in Shinzous defence this is probably the only section where not alot of topics are started so it was still probably still near the top so looks like a fresh thread. It's when it happens in General chat or Tactics etc when its annoying

Don't worry about it! You don't want to know about all the bloopers of Hoomin and Ithilkir. Would would you expect of a Scot and a bowlar hat wearing W****man!

And if you make it to the Blood Bowl or any other Blood Bowl tournament, introduce yourself. We are a generally friendly lot.
