The Karak Zorn Crushers

The team history of the Karak Zorn Crushers is a long tale of victory and sorrow, treachery of the younger races and glory in face of the enemy.
The dwarven stronghold Karak Zorn lies deep in the south of the world edge mountains, surrounded by the dreaded jungle. After the golden age the contact broke off to them and a dark shadow laid on every dwarf of the sieged city. They turned into twitched creatures, allway complaining about rules, and turnmarkers. That was nothing for Kili Lightninghand, he took his best friends and families to seek adventures in the north. The land of the men where always the primary target for work seeking dwarfs. But due to some miscalculations there reserves ran out when the wnet near the imperial city of Wolfenburg. And in a tavern they met their destiny in an very unlikely creature a Halfling!

His name was Underhill, Glorian he named himself. He was a unemployed scribe with a favour for strange stories. After he had told them his battle tales of the yearly Christmas parties he was their man, Halfling. And he realized his opportunity, instead of writing about a Blood Bowl team he could run one! Al scandals where home made and published before other papers would even know.

The last money was used to buy some Balls and a trainer cap for the new one. After some training matches it was for sure the dwarfs had the right stuff to bash some guys, and have a nearby porn scandal with a popstar.

In 2496 they entered the local league in Wolfsburg and made it to the semi finals. On year later they made it into the finals but never got the chance to play it, because the opponent trainer fleed the city with all the others team money with the “Blut” girl of December.
With the erly money Underhill didin´t bought the service of an apothecary, but t he right to publish a Wolfenburg spinoff from the legendary imperial Blood Bowl tabloid, the Blut Zeitung”. After the first season he found the “jump-up” publishing house. Money was floating into the chests, and legendary Blood Bowl was played.

But Underhill was restless, new stories have to been written, the Crushers should need outlandish wins. Several tournaments where visited, but although the dwarves did their best, there where always coaches who where even better! But the final hour came in Bretonia 2504. In a town called Lutecia the annual tournament was hold. The Crushers arrived late to the tournament but manage to play better than ever and win their first tournament. Underhill was hilarious, even plans where made to buy publishers around the old world. But the sad end was that once arrived home the crushers where kicked out by a young Dark elf team in the Wolfenburg semi finals.
But sport sells and the Jump-up publisher is still making fortunes with the publishing of player memoires like: “Turn stay a little longer!” from Griff Oberwald, and “I have shown it every orc!” from Grimwold Grimbreath.
