A week to go 'til I there

Post by Colin »

I'll be leaving for England exactly a week from now, just wondering how the weather is over there at this time of year? What's the long range forcast look like? Is it going to be hot, raining, what? Just want to know what to pack, taking a charter flight so can't take alot with me.

Odds are that you will see a bit of rain and it will be in the mid-50's to low 60's Fahrenheit (10C-15C). Weather forecasts tend to only go out 5 days or so, therefore you may wish to check either the Met Office (UK weather bureau) or someplace like the BBC in a couple of days.

See you there,

Weather is damned hot, just bring a pair of shorts, and a t-shirt. Don't worry about any jackets or jumpers

stop moaning about the bloody weather. It's hardly arctic freezing conditions, and nothing a nice jumper can't handle :)

expect it to be overcast, it usually is... :D

Torrential rain, hailstones and tornado's last time I looked out the window. ;)

Seriously, rain, overcast, sunny, windy, warm and cold, all within the last couple of hours or so. So typical British weather really.
