Which team are you taking to the BB?
Hi,
Just a quick poll to see what variety of opposition there is likely to be at the tournament. Is it just going to be a ton of skaven/elf ladyboys with the occasional 'flings team? I'll be taking a necromantic team along.
Cheers
Leip

I'll bring my Chaos Dwarfs to finally give someone else a shot at the #1 NAF ranking spot.
With a win propability of 75% according to the NAF formula, a loss against a CR 150 coach in the first round would cost me approx. 20 points of ranking. Overall i'll have to come out somewhere between win 4/lose 2 and win 5/lose 1 to just keep my rating (depending on opponents CR) OUCH!

i was thinking of doing a very similar thing leip
taking lizzies for the first time just to see how i fair with them (probably as well as i have with the other teams i've tried)
more to the point though, how's everyone's 200 word essay going? i suppose i should start thinking about mine, but there's not enough time with trying to paint up a whole team of lizzies as well.

That will make it three Chaos Dwarves on the poll with mine.
It's the only team i have fully painted, so i guess i have no other choice.

It sounds like you believe a lot of people are going to take races they think will benefit from the tournament's scoring system. IMO, although a few do, most take the one they feel happiest with.Leipziger wrote:Just a quick poll to see what variety of opposition there is likely to be at the tournament. its no good taking a team that will score loads if you can't play them and lose every match
you might as well take a team that can't score loads, lose every match and change your name to thadrin
last year only 3 teams managed to win the first 5 games 2 human and 1 undead, of course the touchdowns scored meant the humans went to the finals
whatever team you take winning the games is whats going to get you a good final placing
